Black Raspberry Tiramisu |
| 6 to 8 tablespoons plus 2 additional
tablespoons Nissley Black Raspberry Wine |
| 18 soft lady fingers (available in the
packaged baked-goods section) |
| 1 (8-ounce) container mascarpone cheese,
softened |
| 1 tablespoon granulated sugar |
| 3 (4-ounce) containers prepared vanilla
pudding |
| 6 tablespoons frozen non-dairy whipped
topping, thawed |
| Cocoa powder |

| Pour 6 to 8 tablespoons of wine into pie
plate. Dip both sides of lady fingers into wine being careful not
to over soak. Add more wine to plate if necessary to dip all lady
fingers. |
| Place half of the soaked lady fingers in
the bottom of a glass 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. |
| In a large bowl, whisk mascarpone, sugar,
and remaining 2 tablespoons of wine until just smooth. Whisk in
pudding. Spread half pudding mixture over lady fingers.
Layer remaining lady fingers over pudding mixture. Then top with
remaining pudding mixture. Then top with the whipped topping. Cover tightly
and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes, or up to 1 day.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving. |
