Vintage Drive, Bainbridge, PA 17502 This page was last changed on January 16, 2009 Our Rhapsody in Blue® was selected by the PA Democratic Party as a souvenir gift to celebrate the upcoming Inauguration in D.C. They wanted a Pennsylvania-made product, and Rhapsody was a nice fit with their blue theme. A special label makes the wine a limited edition. The label reads: "Turning PA blue. Yes We Did! PA Inaugural Celebration. January 19-20, 2009." Some media coverage has indicated the wine will be given to everyone at the PA Inaugural Celebration Event on January 19th, which is planning for 1,000 attendees. That is incorrect. In fact the wine will be used on a more limited basis. Combined with two stemless wine glasses, it will be given to those who purchase a hotel package which the Party has arranged. The gift will be more like a hospitality gift. We were honored to be chosen for this historic event. And we thought that many of our Nissley Wine fans would like this sort of momento. To avoid impinging on the exclusivity of the gift, we designed another label for Rhapsody and yet another for Candlelight. Both labels are limited edition, and both labels read: "Turning PA Blue. With a Toast to President Barack Obama. January 20, 2009." The Rhapsody edition is available now until sold out. Then the Candlelight edition will be available until sold out. The wine is available in our wine shops on a first come - first serve basis. The price is $12.90 per bottle.
