Usually at this time of year my desk is swamped with Christmas orders, but this year we are feeling the impact of the economic recession. It occurs to me that I can take a few minutes and start this page. I can share some recipes that I have developed over the years (30 plus) that my family has been making wine. And this can be a cooperative page, so that staff and customers can contribute, too. If you have recipes and suggestions that you'd like to share, please email them to winery@nissleywine.com.
